The Village at Hannah Farms began development in 2007 and was proudly featured as a 2008 BAI Parade of Homes location. The neighborhood is made up of 60 single family homes and was designed to offer a close knit, welcoming residential setting. In 2015, the Homeowners Association was officially turned over to the residents, marking an important milestone in community led governance.
Located adjacent to one of the City of Gahanna’s premier green spaces, Hannah Park, the neighborhood offers easy access to walking paths, recreation, and outdoor gathering areas. Residents also enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from a popular local gathering spot, Flanagan’s neighborhood bar and restaurant.
The Village at Hannah Farms is known for its family friendly atmosphere and strong sense of community. Neighbors come together throughout the year for annual social events that help foster connections and lasting friendships. The association is guided by a five member board made up of resident volunteers who are committed to maintaining the character, standards, and long term well being of the neighborhood.
The Hannah Farms HOA currently has five elected board members.
